All content on this website, including but not limited to the artwork, designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of The Artisan Partisan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs for commercial purposes without express written permission.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice; however, we will not alter the price after your order is confirmed.

3. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Your purchase is subject to our dedicated Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these policies.

4. Order Cancellations & Amendments

Cancellation Window: You have 4 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or address change.
Once an order has entered the production phase with our partners, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.

5. Product Specifications

Digital Mockups: We strive for accuracy, but physical print colours may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor settings.
Manufacturing Tolerances: A tolerance of up to 2.5cm (1 inch) for print positioning and garment dimensions is industry standard and is not considered a fault.

6. Website Use & Liability

We provide this website on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, The Artisan Partisan is not liable for any temporary unavailability or technical errors. We are not responsible for any external links or third-party content mentioned on the site.

7. Legal & Statutory Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
