Order Processing & Production
As our products are made-to-order by our specialist production partners, please allow 1–5 working days for your items to be printed or embroidered and dispatched. Once your order is ready, it is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked services.
Shipping Methods & Costs (UK)
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order
All UK orders are fully tracked. This provides updates from the parcel leaving the production facility to arriving at your door. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Multiple Shipments
Because items are printed to order and may be manufactured at different facilities, different products in your basket may be finished at different times. This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments at no extra cost to you.
Undelivered or Lost Parcels
In accordance with Royal Mail policy, we must allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch before a UK parcel can be declared officially "lost."
- If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us at support@theartisanpartisan.com.
- Once a parcel is declared lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
- Note: Lost parcels must be reported within 60 days of the dispatch date to qualify for a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.
