Returns & Refunds

At The Artisan Partisan, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As an online retailer, we comply fully with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding your right to cancel and return items.

14-Day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order and return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at support@theartisanpartisan.com within this 14-day window.

• Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item to our designated returns address.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. If an item is returned in a diminished state (e.g., signs of wear, makeup stains, or odours), we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund to reflect the loss in value.
• Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage from transit, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

• Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault.
• Do not send faulty items back to the production facility address on the packaging; we will provide specific instructions for your claim.

Exchanges & Sizing

Because our products are printed to order by our partners, we do not hold stock for direct exchanges. If you require a different size, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. We strongly encourage you to check the Size Guide on the product page before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (including standard outgoing delivery costs) within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You have a 4-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order before it enters the production phase with our partners. After this window, the order cannot be stopped, and you will need to follow the standard returns process once the item arrives.
